Marcavage found 'not guilty'

Michael Marcavage, who was arrested last month for criminal trespass during the Chester County Pridefest in Phoenixville, PA, was found not guilty by Judge Ted Michaels in district court Thursday afternoon.

Marcavage was arrested by police around 2:15 p.m. on Oct. 2 while holding his Bible and attempting to minister the Gospel to those in attendance at the annual homosexual event. Police arrested Marcavage at the public event because organizers ordered his removal.

COMMENTS FROM OUR READERS:

The whole thing is troubling to me. It is becoming increasingly common to hear about people being treated badly by police for displaying a public witness. Have the powers that be done something to effect the conscious of our officers?? Obviously the Constitution has not changed.
