SAN FRANCISCO, CA – On February 19th, after a week of unlawful same-sex marriages at City Hall in San Francisco, ten Christian men of Repent America entered the building at 2:30 p.m. PST. These men brushed past a security officer and went straight to the head of the line. Hundreds of homosexuals waited to "marry" as the Christian men knelt in the doorway singing hymns and preaching from God’s Word.

Eight of the men were forcefully removed from the building. The other two were taken to jail and charged with trespassing. These charges were later dismissed. After their removal, the men assembled on the sidewalk outside City Hall with Gospel banners, where they preached the Word of God.

Today, February 20th, they returned to City Hall and once again blockaded the entrance at 11:30 a.m. PST. This time 11 people interposed. They held their position for 10 minutes before the police intervened. Afterward, they assembled on the sidewalk to preach God’s Word.

Let every American be warned that if our nation continues to reject God, he will do as declared in Romans 1:24-28: “Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves: Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen. For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves the recompense of their error which was meet. And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient..."

Michael Marcavage, a field preacher with Repent America, stated, “We are not here to argue the tradition of men, rather we are here to proclaim God’s Truth.”

“We are calling on the Governor and the Chief of Police to uphold the Law and arrest Mayor Gavin Newsom immediately,” stated California resident Keith Mason.

The Scripture declares in Proverbs 14:34, “Righteousness exalteth a nation, but sin is a reproach to any people.”

"If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land." II Chronicles 7:14 KJV
