This proposed piece of legislation was introduced on January 5th. Under this bill, if you commit a crime against a minority, such as a homosexual, then you may be considered guilty of a hate crime. 12/21/04 Several members of the “Philadelphia 11” are facing prosecution for three felonies and five misdemeanors for preaching God’s Word to those attending the city’s “Outfest” held on October 10. The city is moving forward with the prosecutions although video taped evidence shows that the 11 Christians were not in violation of the law.
