REPENT AMERICA ANNOUNCES PENNSYLVANIA CAMPUS TOUR
Annual pro-life tour to travel throughout Pennsylvania October 1 - 10

Repent America (RA) has announced that its annual campus tour will take place from October 1 through October 10. The tour will bring the Gospel of Jesus Christ to tens of thousands of students and expose the reality of abortion on high school and college campuses throughout Pennsylvania.

Over the past 7 years, RA's powerful educational Gospel presentation has impacted thousands of students while exposing the abortion holocaust in our midst. Abortion, the leading cause of death in the United States, has claimed the lives of over 4,000 babies on a daily basis since 1973 whereas nearly 50 million unborn children have been destroyed in the womb at the hands of abortionists. This destruction continues by the permission of the American church at-large because of its silence and idleness. RA does not follow such un-Biblical practices and continues to "[o]pen [its] mouth for the dumb (voiceless) in the cause of all such as are appointed to destruction," (Proverbs 31:8) and "...deliver them that are drawn unto death, and those that are ready to be slain." (Proverbs 24:11)

Planned Parenthood and other abortuaries are strategically placed near high school and college campuses, taking advantage of rampant sexual immorality for financial gain. According to the Guttmacher Institute, "57% of women having abortions are in their 20s," and the Pennsylvania Department of Health has reported that the largest abortion age demographic is 20-24, an age group that accounts for over 33 percent of all abortions in the state. Despite a reported nationwide decrease in abortion in 2005, the most recent year for which data is available, Pennsylvania's abortion rate has increased from 13.7 percent in 2004 to 14 percent in 2005. As a result, RA continues to make a committed effort each year to bring the gruesome reality of "choice" to high school and college campuses, teaching them the Law of God (i.e., "Thou shalt not kill" - Exodus 20:13), which is the "schoolmaster to bring [them] unto Christ," (Galatians 3:24) and "preaching the Gospel of the Kingdom of God." (Mark 1:14)

Abortion represents how wicked our nation has become where people "call evil good, and good evil." (Isaiah 5:20) During the campus meetings, RA displays large photographs of children who have lost their lives in the name of "choice", sparking Biblical discussion as to who is to say what is right or wrong. Scripture teaches: "There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death." (Proverbs 14:12) "Knowing therefore the terror of the Lord, [RA] persuade[s] men..." (2 Corinthians 5:11) through the presentation of Scripture banners, distribution of Gospel literature, individual conversation, and open-air preaching, calling students, teachers and others to "...repent and believe the Gospel." (Mark 1:15)
